06/07/2008 - Fluke Fishing Atlantic Highlands

Short report today, heading back out tomorrow morning out of Keyport.
My buddy Ting and I hit up a rental out of Atlantic Highlands for a little fluking action, and that's exactly what we got!
Fished all day and it was a pretty tough bite...not many fluke but the ones we caught were quality.
We finished up with 10 keepers and probably 20-30 shorts with an absolute TON of sea robins and too many blues...several bucktail casualties today!
Not too shabby for our first time renting out of AH and fishing the area!

And this is how I started the morning...WTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Ting! LOL he refused to eat it or toss it away!

Banana Schmanana

Really nice day on the water, absolute scorcher breaking well into the mid 90s!!!
My legs went from powder white to rock lobster red! NICE! Sunblock next time, pants tomorrow...I don't care if it's 97!!! Haha
Good time with Ting, been awhile since we got out dude, we'll be going again soon!
